RIGGING THE ELECTION
The CCRP is bound by their bylaws to follow election law. The Communications Act of 1934 (Title 47 of the United States Code) 73.1941 states that:
"If any licensee shall permit any such candidate to use its facilities, it shall afford equal opportunities to all other candidates for that office."
Remember that the CCRP bylaws require the Party to abide by election law in their local elections! As the chairman of the CCRP, Jesse providing the membership list to others to solicit votes for him and using that list himself constitutes a violation of "equal opportunities".
6 WAYS JESSE LAW IS VIOLATING FAIR ELECTIONS
According to Jesse Law, there are approximately 600 members and an email database of past members or prospects of about 7,000. This is key to understanding how Jesse is manipulating the outcome of the election.
- Jesse is the only candidate that has access to the voting members and only provides his opponents with a useless list of names ONLY for existing MEMBERS.
- Jesse retains for his own use the entire pool of individuals eligible to vote by attending one more meeting.
- Jesse polls the members to gauge where the election is leaning (keep in mind that the CCRP won't allow other candidates access to that list).
- When Jesse sees where his numbers are weak, he dips into the pool of people who need to attend one more meeting to vote AND ONLY BRINGS THOSE MEMBERS VOTING FOR HIM INTO THE NEW MEMBERSHIP RESOLUTION.
- Eligible NEW MEMBERS who can vote by attending one more meeting are NOT contacted regarding their eligibility to vote by attending one more meeting. They have to ASK to be added, thus forcing other candidates to have to fly blind finding these people.
- By doing things this way, Jesse is able to "launder" these reserve votes that will appear to come out "clean" on election day.
If Jesse is low in projected votes, he dips into a pool of eligible (but unaware prospects) to bring into the membership resolution to make up his losses. This is a serious ethical and fraudulent violation of fair election practices that creates an unfair advantage. Because his opponents do not have the ability to campaign to or draw from additional voters in the eligible prospect list, Jesse the ability to stack the deck in his favor.
Jill Douglass' playing field is limited to published names of existing members. Jesse has the ability to go to the "Ballot Store" and bring in additional votes when he is falling short.
THIS IS THE KIND OF ELECTION PRACTICE REPUBLICANS HAVE BEEN FIGHTING AGAINST AND WHAT COST TRUMP THE ELECTION IN NEVADA.

In this recorded message, Jesse identifies himself as being "From the CCRP" and then asks for their vote. He clearly is using his position as chairman to campaign. This is a major violation.
